Another opening, another show

The throat surgery journey began on February 15th 2022, according to my medical records. I mean, actually it began in late January when I saw this ENT for the first time and he did the medical professional equivalent of "holy shit." Or perhaps it began in 2020, when I knew I had a problem but did NOT want to try to get medical care at that time.
At any rate, The surgery this morning was number fifteen. Fifteen throat surgeries since February 2022.
This one went really well. We got out and were home before lunch, even. I can feel where he took biopsy samples (ow) but other that that, all is well.
