Perhaps the solution is "drink more tea."
Sometimes the sensations of physical unwellness are very wearing.
The medications I take to treat the symptoms of one thing create two separate other things that also require management, or endurance I suppose, and the management for those two things have other effects that I then just accept, because what are my options.
Anyway.
It's grey and chill here, with a winter storm moving in that may dump snow or might turn to freezing rain, which is the worst.
