How did you like Future Is History?

I found it fascinating and informative. I have gotten conflicting reports as to whether Gessen is a TERF, and I am hence slightly wary of gushing about the book, but, DAMN, I learned a LOT.

Isn't Gessen non-binary?

The flak is probably based on this piece in the New Yorker: https://www.newyorker.com/news/our-columnists/we-need-to-change-the-terms-of-the-debate-on-trans-kids
Wherein Gessen is ambivalent about puberty blockers (due to side effects). However, they are trans themselves, and I would say "TERF" is wildly unfair.
