AUs.
Crossovers.
My dream fic is one in which the members of Pixy or Stray Kids are in a Pacific-Rim-AU, in which some members are Jager pilot teams and some are the tech folks back in the base, and they realize that the the managers of the various systems (JYP, Allstar, Choom, etc.) are perhaps not being perfectly honest with them about what they are doing.
But, like, you don't have to write that! That just gives an idea of what I think is an awesome fic.
I love stories about friendships and found family, DNW explicit sex. Platonic is best, but some romance is fine. Established relationships MUCH BETTER than falling in love. Like, how do people continue to engage with each other after years together is WAY more complicated and interesting that letting oxytocin flood your system and cause you to hallucinate a future together.
... It's possible I am cynical about falling in love.
I deeply, deeply adore people living with the consequences of their actions, or better yet, the consequences of the actions of people who made the world they inhabit. Like, how Pixy and Ateez etc are part of a studio system they all consented to, but, really, it's not a world sane healthy people want to be a part of, you know? This ALSO applies to my Winter Solstice, Camelot Station request -- Arthur and Gwen and Lance and Kay, they MADE this world, and now they are living in the middle of Unintended Consequences, and, really, how does that work? (Poorly, in their case. It works out poorly.)
How do these worlds look to people who are not the protagonist? I love stories about whoever is not the protagonist. I am very skeptical of protagonists.
