Post-covid, personally
Sep. 29th, 2023 02:34 pmI have recovered from covid in that I am no longer testing positive on the very best commercially available test.
I have not recovered in that tasks like "Getting Dressed" or "Putting Away Clean Dishes" makes me very, very tired.
Not tired-as-in-sleepy, but tired-as-in-the-inside-of-my-body-is-trembling.

Speaking from my experience
Date: 2023-09-30 12:01 am (UTC)of post-viral crash (now DXed as ME/CFS) please don't push yourself. Human bodies need convalescence even when our souls are bored and wanting to leap back into life.

Date: 2023-09-30 08:17 pm (UTC)I have heard pseudo-evidence that because covid causes micro-clots in blood, and those micro-clots can impair multiple system functions, there may be value in giving blood as frequently as possible. Treat that like the bullshit that it might be.
