I woke up this morning to find that my Fandom Trumps Hate creator had finished my request.

It is a New Mutants movie vid set to Pat Benatar's "Invincible." Since 1989 I have wished that this song was applied to the X-Men universe, specifically New Mutants. When the old Generation X tv series aired, I kept hoping this song would be a part of it. When the Captain Marvel movie came out, I prayed this song would be included. (It never is a part of anything, probably because it was an original song for the soundtrack to the film The Legend of Billie Jean, which I imagine makes it a rights nightmare.)

Finally. Finally. FINALLY.

omg, I LOVE that song (and it 100% fits the X-Men universe, I say as someone who's got just the barest level of familiarity with the X-Men.)
